Teri has over 25 years of experience in Bay Area real estate, the past 19 years in residential mortgage lending. Over her career she has worked on many complicated transactions, with first-time homebuyers, multi-million dollar purchases and adhered to strict deadlines. Teri has worked with incoming faculty at Stanford University for the past 18 years and is honored to be on their approved lender list. She is committed in providing innovative mortgage solutions in today’s highly competitive market. Her team belief that communication throughout the process is the most important element in a successful loan transaction.

She believes in honesty and puts the client’s needs ahead of all else, looking for lifetime clients, not one transaction. Teri is committed to returning calls promptly, providing regular status updates and available to each client as desired. She prides herself by listening and fully understanding the needs of each client allowing her to seek and recommend a program best suited for each individual. A Bay Area native, raised in Redwood City, attended Woodside High School and graduated with a BS in Business/Finance from Sonoma State University. She lives with her husband and three children in Newark, California. She spends a lot of time on the soccer field, whether it’s playing soccer, coaching soccer or watching her kids/husband play. She also enjoys hiking and traveling, spending a lot of time in the Azores visiting family.
